About Us
Mimi has been crafting since she was about 3 years old. Her mother would put her by an old treadle sewing machine while she sewed. She would give Mimi a sewing needle and a scrap of fabric. To her, she was sewing doll clothes. That is when her love for crafting started by the old treadle machine. She has dabbled in sewing, tatting, crochet, knitting, quilting, and the list goes on.
As for me, Mimi always wanted me to pick up some of her crafting. Of course, when I was a child I wanted to stay outside, go fishing, ride bikes, anything but crafting and sitting still. After growing up, I found that I was actually interested in doing some of the crafts that she did my entire childhood. Since have 2 children of my own, I have dabbled in a little quilling. However this is my journey to learn all the crafting I’ve seen Mimi doing for all these years.
